Warranty and After Build Support

The first two years in the life of a yacht are the busiest for the owners and crew; so many places to visit, so many guests to entertain, so much to learn. The crew must stay on top of their game to deliver exceptional service to their owners and guests, hence dealing with warranty issues and keeping track of maintenance lists for all the latest systems on a new yacht can be frustrating with so much going on.

Our team is here to help and provide essential support for any warranty issues that may arise during the first years of operation.

We have a dedicated response and support team to assist owners and crew should anything go wrong after the vessel has been delivered. Arriving on board to assess the situation and provide technical and logistical support in close coordination with the shipyard’s warranty department, advising on how best to proceed to arrange for repairs, spare parts and replacements with emphasis on time and quality of execution.

Our team will ensure all the relevant guarantees are in place, extended where appropriate and enforced where necessary.

Our After Build Support service includes:

Daily communication with owners or captain to assist with troubleshooting

Filling in gaps in systems and equipment training

Intervention on board in case of systems and equipment malfunction

Organisation and management of repairs and spare parts deliveries

Organisation of improvements and upgrades where necessary  

Liaising with shipyard management for faster results
